CBD Raspberry Shrub 


300g raspberries

50g raw honey (see tip)

75ml raw apple cider vinegar (see tip)

½ small pack mint leaves only

750ml bottle sparkling water


6ml 2000mg CBD Unflavored Tincture 



Place the raspberries, about half in a large bowl, and crush lightly. Gently stir while pouring the honey. Leave in the fridge to chill overnight.


Take it out of the fridge then add the vinegar. Stir gently then use a sieve or strainer to strain the mixture. Use the back of the spoon to press the mixture down gently.


If you have remaining raspberries, add them together with mint leaves. Add ice and sparkling water. Drop 1ml of the CBD Unflavored Tincture per serving. Stir gently to combine, then serve.

Summer Cup CBD Mocktail 


1cm thick slice of cucumber

1 sprig mint

few frozen red berries

120ml clear, sparkling lemonade


1 ml 1500mg Tropical CBG Tincture

Small slices of fruits and berries and mint leave to garnish



In a small pan, boil 200 ml of water and put the cucumber and sprig (cut into small pieces). Turn off the heat and leave the mixture for 2 mins. Defrost a handful of berries for a minute, add them to the mint and cucumber then crush them lightly with the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture and keep it in the fridge for 24 hours. This will be enough to make up to four drinks.


Pour 40ml of the strained mixture into a tall glass, add some ice, and top up with 120ml lemonade. Add 1 ml of 1500mg Tropical CBG Tincture. Garnish with more berries and mint leaves or whatever chopped fruit you like. Stir gently to combine and enjoy!

Non Alcoholic Sangria


4 cups white grape juice (1 l)

1/4 cup blueberries (40 g) + 3/4 cup blueberries (120 g)

1 cup orange juice (250 ml)

Juice of 1 lime + 2 limes

2 oranges

2 bananas

2 peaches

10ml of 1500mg Watermelon CBG Tincture


Blend the white grape juice with 1/4 cup of 40g blueberries. Pour the liquid mixture into a jar or bowl.

Add the orange and the lime juice. Stir until it is well mixed.

Place ice in a jar, add the mixture, the chopped fruits (2 oranges, 2 bananas, 2 limes, and 2 peaches), and 3/4 cup of blueberries. Add 10 drops (10ml) of 1500mg Watermelon CBG Tincture. Let your Sangria stand in the fridge for 2 hours.

Faux fizz CBD Mocktail Recipe


2 tsp apple cider vinegar

sparkling water, to top up

3ml Citrus 2000mg CBD Tincture

For the base syrup

1 sliced pear

4 dried apricots

75g golden caster sugar

25g honey

1 sprig rosemary, plus extra to garnish (optional)

1 strip lemon zest



To make the base syrup, put the dried apricots, honey, sliced pear, a sprig of rosemary, a strip of lemon zest, and golden caster sugar in a saucepan with 100ml water. Heat for at least 10 mins or until the sugar has dissolved and the pear becomes very soft, then leave to cool completely.


Add the apple cider vinegar after draining the syrup into a jug then place in the fridge for at least 30 mins. Pour about 25ml of the syrup into a champagne flute and add cold sparkling water. Put 1 drop (1ml) of 2000mg Citrus CBD Tincture and garnish with a rosemary sprig if you like.

Virgin Mojito CBD Mocktail Recipe


1 tbsp sugar

small bunch mint

3 limes, juiced

soda water

2ml 2000mg Peppermint CBD Tincture



Using a pestle and mortar (or a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin), muddle the sugar with mint leaves.


Put a handful of crushed ice into 2 tall glasses then divide the lime juice between the glasses with your mint mix. Add 1ml of 2000mg Peppermint CBD Tincture per glass, put a straw and top up with soda water.
