Shipping & Returns
All packages are shipped out via USPS within 24 hours after payment is processed during working days. VESL operates during normal business hours, 9 am-5 pm MST Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 1 pm MST on working days. Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm MST will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day if a holiday falls on a Monday.
Once your package has shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order. If you did not receive your tracking information please contact us. Note that your shipping time estimate (average of 3-5 days) begins after your order has shipped.
For international orders, please note that with the “First Class International Mail” option USPS does not track the package once it leaves the US. We will do our best to track your package in the country of the final destination, however, we can’t guarantee it. “Priority International Mail” and “Priority Express International Mail” packages will be fully trackable outside of the US. Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our products! If you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 7 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product(s) is received a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please double check your shipping address information before placing an order to ensure the correct apartment and suite numbers. The customer will be responsible for any extra shipping costs. Upon delivery of your order please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information with full descriptions and images if possible.
Vesl Oils is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not process a refund or replacement if your package has been stolen after accurate delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you with a claim.
For subscription cancellations, please request a cancellation at least 48h prior to the subscription renewal date. Note that if your subscription has been already renewed you may have to wait to receive your package and contact customer service within 7 days from the subscription renewal date, for a return and refund request. Vesl Oils will process a purchase price refund once the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. – email@example.com
